- Can I Track The Shipping Progress Of My Order?
Due due to online security measures we no longer provide the delivery tracking reference number on any order.
- Do You Ship To International Customers?
Yes we do! Payment method for all international customers is via bank transfer or PayPal.
- Can I Track The Progress Of My Order On Your Web Site?

- How Can I Pay My Order?
We accept online all major credit cards which include Visa Card, Master Card, JCB, Solo, Switch and Delta. We also accept alternative payments such as fax order, postal payments and bank transfer.
- I Am Experiencing Problems Whilst Checking Out?

- Can Have My Order Sent To An Alternative Delivery Address?
If you make your payment via bank transfer we can then send your order to an alternative delivery address. Simply select the 'TT Transfer/BACS/Chaps' payment option in the checkout.
All online card and PayPal payments do not have the option to send an order to an alternative address, this is due to fraud and security measures.
- When Will You Charge My Credit / Debit Card?
We will charge your credit / debit card once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email advising you once your order has been dispatched.
- Can I Collect An Order From You?
Unfortunately it is not possible, all orders are dispatched by our authorised logistics company.
- Do You Accept Alternative Payments?
Yes we do! We also accept payments via fax order and cheque payments via post. If you wish to pay by these methods please click here. - How Do I Place An Order?
Making a purchase with us is easy. Simply follow the below instructions to successfully complete your order:
Shop by browsing through our products by brand, category or by Price.
Click on the product image to access the individual item's product page where you will view the full product description including size details.
Add your selection to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' button on the product page. Review the item(s) you have chosen in your shopping basket. To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the 'X' button.
Press the 'Proceed to purchase' button to proceed to the login stage of the checkout and to finalize payment details for your order.
- How Can I Check If My Order Has Been Placed?
Once you press the 'Proceed to purchase' button you will see the order confirmation page. This page will confirm your order has been placed and you will be provided an order ID number. You also receive a confirmation email with your order detail.
If you do not see the order confirmation page this means your order failed to process.
- What Are Your Delivery Costs & Delivery Times?
All express next day deliveries within the UK will be charged a £12.00 delivery charge (order before 11am - Monday to Friday). Please note due to logistics control the express delivery service may not be available at certain times.
All standard deliveries within the UK will be charged a £8.00 delivery charge. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
All deliveries to Europe will be charged a £18.00 delivery charge. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.
All deliveries to the rest of the world will be charged a £28.00 delivery charge. Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.
- Do You Offer Gift Wrapping Service?
Yes! We offer free luxury gift wrap on all order!
All items are individually wrapped in luxury soft tissue paper & luxury satin ribbon and are delivered in our exquisite signature white boxes or gift bags free of charge. Click here for more details.

- Do You Accept Telephone Orders?
No! due to internet security we no longer accept payments over the phone.
Delivery Related
- How Long Does Delivery Take?
If you place an order between Monday to Friday before 11am your order will be processed on the same day (excluding any Bank Holiday). Any orders we receive on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received on any Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. We will aim to despatch orders on the same day for a next day service but please allow between 2-3 working days to receive your order.

- Which Courier Company Do You Use?
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries and Parcelforce to Europe and Rest of World.
- What Will Happen If I’m Not In To Accept Delivery?
Royal Mail will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
Returns Related
- What If I Am Not Entirely Satisfied With My Purchase?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, simply return your order back to us within 7 days from date of receipt of your order, for a full refund of the product value. Please note - The postage & packaging will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s) in the order. Please click here to read our returns policy in full.
- Can I Exchange An Item?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days from date of receipt of your order. Exchanges will occur a delivery cost of £8.00 to cover postage & packaging. Please click here for more details on how to exchange and item.
- How Long Does It Take To Process My Return/Refund?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse it will be processed on the same day. All items are inspected before refunds are processed. All refunds will be processed on the same day but please allow 2-3 days for the funds to show on your card account.
