Once we receive your order, it will go through our quality control procedure at our logistics company, your order will then be wrapped in luxury gift packaging (free) and packaged ready for dispatch.

Standard UK delivery is free of charge. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

All deliveries to Europe will be charged a £18.00 delivery charge. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

All deliveries to the rest of the world will be charged a £28.00 delivery charge. Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.

The above delivery timescales are an approximate guide only. These timescales are based on information which our couriers have advised on. Usually from past experience most orders are delivered within these timescales.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at your billing delivery address, then a calling card will be left at the address with the phone number to call to arrange a re-delivery. Please note before the goods are handed to the recipient, the original calling card is needed along with proof of identification and signature will be required.

If re-delivery is attempted without success on a further occasion, the order will be returned back to us.
